WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT REQUIRED ?
Typically we require one month's rental as a deposit. The deposit is set aside to secure good care of the apartment and is returned to the tenant after the exit inspection on vacating the apartment.
WHAT IS THE RENTAL TERM AND WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ?
Our contract makes provision for a 12 month term with a minimum two calendar month notice period.

But hey, we know that not everything goes as planned. Maybe you need to move back home. Maybe your job has relocated you. Regardless of the reason, breaking the terms of the lease is never an ideal situation but our philosophy is to be fair and kind in pursuing an outcome that best meets the needs of both parties. So be frank with us and chat to us early, we'll definitely help where we can.
HOW DO WE DEAL WITH MAINTENANCE ?
We ensure your unit is in tip top shape when you move in and document the comprehensive condition assessment upfront. Thereafter internal minor repairs (such replacing the light bulbs) are the responsibility of the tenant. Accidents happen, and should major repair be required we will assist tenants in getting it done properly. Repairs and maintenance to external and common areas should be reported to us and typically would be the responsibility of the body corporate.
WHAT ABOUT PETS ?
The complex is pet friendly (for small pets), provided the body corporate rules and municipal by-laws are adhered too. If you would like to bring pets please discuss this with us.
IS THE LANDLORD ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT ?
Our lease agreement makes provision for routine inspections (typically twice annually), this is always with ample notice and at a time convenient to you. We do this to ensure the property remains in good order for your use and would also inspect units when any maintenance works have been carried out.
WHAT ABOUT UTILITIES AND ACCESS ?
Water and electricity are provided on a prepaid basis. This is vended off most banking app's or online. Fibre is pre-installed and connection hereto is arranged directly with our service provider. The complex is access controlled with an intercom system in place for visitors.
IS STORAGE SPACE AVAILABLE ?
Storage Units are available for rental on site - please let us know if you are interested.
